Welcome to My Instant Yatra

By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between My Instant Yatra and the traveler.
 
Please read them carefully before making any booking.
 
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings made with My Instant Yatra are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. My Instant Yatra reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion.
 
2. Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, or other approved methods.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
 
3. Prices & Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned.Prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel price hikes, hotel rate changes, taxes, government levies, or availability. Any increase in cost after booking due to external factors must be borne by the traveler.
 
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
 
Tour inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary shared at the time ofbooking. Any service not specifically mentioned as included will be considered excluded. Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, tips, beverages, and medical expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.
 
5. Changes in Itinerary
 
My Instant Yatra reserves the right to modify, amend, or change the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be made in the best interest of the traveler, and no compensation will be payable for itinerary changes beyond our control.
 
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations will be governed by the Cancellation Policy mentioned separately on the website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 – 14 working days after confirmation. Airline tickets, visas, permits, and other non refundable services are subject to respective supplier policies.
 
7. Travel Documents & Identification
 
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they carry valid travel documents such as ID proof, passport, visa, permits, and tickets. My Instant Yatra will not be responsible for denial of entry, boarding, or travel due to improper documentation.
 
8. Health, Safety & Conduct Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the tour. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws, customs, and guidelines. My Instant Yatra reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misc onduct or illegal activities.
 
9. Liability & Responsibility
 
My Instant Yatra acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers such as hotels,transporters, airlines, and activity operators. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused due to acts beyond our control. My Instant Yatra is not liable for natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, weather conditions, or government restrictions .
 
10. Force Majeure
My Instant Yatra shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, refund or rescheduling will be handled as per supplier policies and feasibility.
 
11. Website Usage & Content
All content on this website including text, images, itineraries, logos, and designs are the property of My Instant Yatra. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is strictly
 
 12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of services provided by My Instant Yatra shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only. The place of jurisdiction shall be decided by My Instant Yatra.

By booking a tour or using our services, travelers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
