At My Instant Yatra, we u nderstand that travel plans may change due to personal or unforeseen reasons. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with standard practices in the travel industry, while also honoring commitments made to our service partners.

Please review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

 

 

● Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Departure.

● The initial booking amount / deposit is non – refundable.

● The remaining balance will be issued as a credit note, valid for future bookings with My Instant Yatra.

● Cancellation Between 15 to 29 Days Before Departure 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

● The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.

● Cancellation 14 Days or Less Before Departure 100% of the total tour cost will be non – refundable.

 

 

● Cancellation 45 Days or More Before Departure the booking deposit is non – refundable.

● The remaining balance will be issued as a credit note for future travel.

● Cancellation Between 30 to 44 Days Before Departure 60% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

● The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.

● Cancellation Between 15 to 29 Days Before Departure, 80% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

● The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.

● Cancellation 14 Days or Less Before Departure 100% of the total tour cost will be non – refundable.

 

 

● Flight ticket cancellation charges will apply as per the respective airline’s cancellation policy.

● Any non – refundable services including visa fees, permits, government taxes, adventure activities, or special reservations will not be refunded.

● Credit notes issued by My Instant Yatra will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 – 14 working days after cancellation confirmation.

● A processing fee (up to 5%) may be applicable on cancellations, along with applicable taxes.

● In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government travel restrictions, pandemics, or force majeure events, My Instant Yatra will review refund or rescheduling requests on a case – to -case basis.

 

 

● All Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@myinstantyatra.com.

● Cancellation charges calculated from date of receipt of return request in email.

● By confirming a booking with My Instant Yatra, the traveler agrees to abide by the above cancellation policy.
